Being a first-time founder can be very stressful sometimes, but I was lucky enough to get introduced to Karen who is a real treasure when it comes to connecting people and opportunities. Her personal warms and availability means, she is a natural mentor with a business hat on. She also has incredibly insights into the European startup ecosystem. I can highly recommend anyone to work with Karen.

I attended a ‘Lunch and Learn’ workshop organised by Karen. I’m preparing to fundraise and the workshop was pitched at just the right level to demystify what’s involved when fundraising in relation to crowdfunding in particular. The length of the workshop was good too, timed to make sure we weren’t overwhelmed with too much information. Helpful slides, well presented. All in all, I now feel ready to start the fund raising process with confidence.

Karen has always made an incredible job when it is organising start-up/investors summit. I have great pleasure working with her, and she understands very well what are the needs from an investor perspective required to succeed, and what start-ups need to show to investors. She is enthusiastic and always full of energy. Passionate about her job, and her will to make companies she is working with to be successful. I only can recommend working with her, and I am pleased to have met her and been working with her.

I have been trying to raise seed funding for about 2 & 1/2 months. At times it has been really difficult but people like Karen make it all worth it because they understand the struggle. Last evening was probably the best meeting I have attended. You managed to keep us to time (Ruthlessly) and despite the transport difficulties you had a goodly number of wealthies. The judges set the tone and were surprisingly kind and constructive which set the scene for the greet and meet session. I felt the rivalry, for when I came up somebody had moved our stand into the corner – a matter soon corrected. We had a lot of interest and I will respond to the players next

I attended a Gateway2enterprise business investment workshop organised by Karen and found it excellent for navigating the eGenius future course through the complexities of business funding. The excellent range of speakers and opportunities to network with both investors & businesses made for a very varied and enjoyable day.

Mind blown!! Karen’s Gateway2enterprise Investment Readiness Accelerator Program exceeded all of my expectations. It was intensive and highly rewarding. All of the speakers were excellent, highly engaging and extremely relevant. With several of the speakers having already gone through the process of starting up successful companies, it was fantastic to get an insight into their experience and mindset. Have some good news, I met with one of our potential investors this morning and he said he is interested to invest and he is fine with the current valuation. I’ll keep him informed in the coming months and so fingers crossed. This proves that you are absolutely amazing, your words are like an oracle, what you say becomes reality.
